How do I use the Aqua cooling garments?

Moisten the garment with water, wring it out well, and briefly air it to speed up the cooling effect. If desired, you can wipe the inside of the garment with a cloth to remove excess moisture.

How do I use the Phase cooling garments?

Activating phase cooling products is easy. Place them in the refrigerator (30–60 minutes), freezer (20–40 minutes), or in ice water (10–20 minutes), depending on how quickly you want to use them. You can also activate them by exposing them to a temperature a few degrees below their operating temperature, although this will take a bit longer/
