How can I return an item?

From the moment your online order has been delivered, you have 100 days to return each item. The withdrawal period for gift vouchers is 14 days. You can register your return via our online return portal and provide the reason for your return. With your feedback, we can continue to improve our items and services.

How can I register my return?

 

1. Log in to our return portal

You don't need an account to use our return portal. All we ask is your order number and the postal code of the delivery address or pick-up point.

2. Choose the reason for your return

By indicating why you are returning something, you help us and others to improve our items and services.

3. Receive your return label or QR code

Make sure you complete the entire return process to receive your return label or QR code. If a return label was already included in your package, you can simply use that one and ignore the new label. Both labels are valid; we can use either one to process your return shipment.

4. Pack your return shipment

Place the items you want to return in a bag or box (original or your own packaging). Cross out the old label on the original packaging. With a QR code, you can have a new label printed at the pick-up point.

5. Receive your proof of return

Drop off the package at a pick-up point of the delivery service you selected during the return process. Check in advance whether the point accepts packages from this delivery service. Keep your proof of return safe until your refund has been received, so you always have proof of postage.

6. Wait for the refund

Keep an eye on your inbox for the return confirmation and refund. It may take up to 14 working days for your return to arrive. After inspection, we will refund via the same payment method. It may then take a further 2 to 30 days for the amount to appear in your account.

If you return a package using our return label, a charge of €2.95 will be applied. This amount will be deducted from the amount you receive as a refund. Return costs will be charged for every package you send back to us. You are responsible for returning items correctly.
