MAKE INVISIBLE HEAT RISKS IMMEDIATELY VISIBLE WITH THE CMZ-RF21
Working in protective clothing presents unique hazards. The sealed nature of the clothing quickly creates a microclimate in which heat and moisture build up, resulting in an increased risk of heatstroke. The CMZ-RF21 Heat Stress Monitor is specifically designed to monitor this invisible hazard in real time and alert workers in good time.
Thanks to its clever magnetic fastening system, the module can be easily and securely clipped onto the inside of workwear. With two high-precision sensors on the back, the device continuously measures the microclimate and skin conditions.
CLEAR, MULTIPLE-LEVEL ALARM SYSTEM
The CMZ-RF21 uses an HSI-based risk assessment (Heat Stress Index) and alerts the wearer via a visual, audible and tactile signal:
- Standby Mode (Green LED): The system actively monitors conditions under normal working conditions.
- Level 1 Warning (Blue LED): Early warning of elevated temperature or humidity.
- Level 2 Alarm (Yellow LED + Audible Signal): Increased heat risk; preventive action or a short rest break is recommended.
- Level 3 Alarm (Red LED + Audible Signal + Vibration): High heat risk; immediate action is required to prevent heat-related injury.
PLUG & PLAY FOR INDUSTRY
No complex software, network connection or backend system is required. The sensor is ready for use at the touch of the on/off button. The IP67-certified housing (ABS & Magnet) is resistant to water, sweat and dust, making the monitor ideal for heavy industry, construction, the fire service or the chemical sector.
